Job summary

ECOMOBI CORPORATION PTE. LTD. seeks a Junior Client Success (Affiliate, Livestream) to act as a brand ambassador who understands client business and coordinates with internal teams.

You will take briefs, brainstorm, and research brand/ KOL/ consumer insights to drive campaigns. Coordinate with Planner & Creator Management for Content Commerce and with Live Production for TSP projects, planning schedules and GMV targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Be a brand ambassador who understands the client’s business and communicates with internal teams.
• Coordinate with Planner & Creator Management for Content Commerce projects including content planning and KOL/KOC profiles.
• Coordinate with Live Production for scheduling and GMV targets; monitor progress from briefing to reporting.
• Manage 1–2 large client accounts; build and maintain client relationships; aim for retention and upsell.
• Be organized, meet deadlines, predict problems, and propose solutions.
