Job summary

Global BPO Solution Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking experienced Client Service Officers to support Australian financial advisers with client administration, review preparation, onboarding, and post-advice implementation.

The role requires 3–4+ years in Australian financial planning administration, strong Xplan knowledge, and the ability to manage end-to-end processes remotely. Excellent English communication and meticulous organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of Australian financial planning administration experience.
• Hands-on experience with Xplan.
• Ability to independently manage end-to-end client reviews and new client processes.
• Experience with pre-review preparation and post-advice implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end client review process, including pre-review preparation and post-advice implementation.
• Manage the end-to-end new client process, from initial administration through to completion of required documentation and setup.
• Prepare client files, documentation, reports, and information required for adviser reviews.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information and records in Xplan.
• Process and coordinate insurance applications from submission through to completion.
• Liaise with insurers regarding application requirements, outstanding information, medical requirements, underwriting, and status.
• Monitor insurance applications and follow up with insurers and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
• Implement advice and recommendations following adviser/client meetings.
• Coordinate with financial advisers, clients, product providers, and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure all client administration tasks are completed accurately and within required turnaround times.
