Job summary

ANZ is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer in Makati to provide high-quality service to Tier 1 clients within Transaction Banking – Payment & Cash Operations. You will handle complex queries, own challenging cases, and support peers to ensure consistent service excellence.

The role emphasizes service performance, revenue retention, and increasing adoption of self-service tools, with a hybrid work arrangement and a permanent, full-time commitment.

Qualifications

Strong client service skills and ability to handle complex customer situations.
Experience in transaction banking, especially payments and cash products.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Cantonese.
Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex client queries and manage service recovery cases.
Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 clients and ensure service performance.
Identify trends and implement improvements to service quality and efficiency.
Promote adoption of self-service solutions through proactive client engagement.
Coach and support team members to strengthen service delivery and knowledge.
Support Line manager on submitting reports and monitoring SLAs, QA.
