Job summary

ANZ in Makati is seeking a Senior Client Services Officer to provide high-quality service to Tier 1 clients, resolving queries promptly and taking ownership of complex cases. The role sits within Transaction Banking – Payment & Cash Operations and focuses on improving service performance and customer adoption of self-service tools.

Qualifications

Strong client service skills to manage complex customer situations.
Experience in transaction banking, payments and cash products.
Excellent communication in written and verbal English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

Resolve complex client queries and manage service recovery cases to deliver timely outcomes.
Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 clients and ensure accountability for service and performance.
Identify trends and improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
Promote and support adoption of self-service solutions through proactive client engagement.
Coach and support team members to strengthen service delivery and knowledge.
Support Line manager on submitting reports and monitoring SLAs and QA.
