Job summary

ANZ is hiring a Senior Client Services Officer in Makati to provide high-quality service to Tier 1 clients, resolving queries promptly and taking ownership of complex cases. The role sits in Transaction Banking – Payment & Cash Operations and emphasizes self-service adoption and service excellence.

Role is permanent, full-time with a dayshift schedule in a hybrid work arrangement. The candidate will support team members, monitor SLAs, and drive improvements in service performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in transaction banking, particularly payments and cash products.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Cantonese and English.
• Strong client service skills and ability to handle complex customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Resolve complex client queries and manage service recovery cases to deliver timely and effective outcomes
• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring accountability for service and operational performance
• Identify trends and implement improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency
• Promote and support the adoption of self-service solutions through proactive client engagement
• Coach and support team members to strengthen service delivery and knowledge
• Support Line manager on submitting reports and monitoring SLAs , QA
