Job summary

• 0–1 year of experience in financial services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming inquiries from plan sponsors, advisors, and third-party administrators.
• Maintain daily communications with clients and intermediaries to sustain strong relationships; address general and technical inquiries.
• Educate clients on plan provisions and functionality of the plan sponsor website and self-service resources.
• Promote self-service and education on the Plan Service Center site; promptly escalate issues as needed.
• Follow up on outstanding issues with internal teams and external clients to ensure timely resolutions.
