Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer required.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience including site execution and cost estimation.
• Experience in bridges, asphalt works, and multi-storey buildings.

Responsibilities

• Prepare software-based quantity take-offs, cost estimates, budgets, and BOQ.
• Assess construction methods, work sequences, and material/labor/equipment requirements for estimates.
• Review plans and specs to identify quantity gaps, scope discrepancies, and cost risks.
• Conduct site inspections to verify measurements and project conditions.
• Coordinate with Project Engineers and site teams on requirements and scope changes.
• Prepare bidding documents, unit cost analyses, and cost schedules.
• Monitor quantities, material usage, and costs against budgets; report variances.
• Validate contractor progress billings and assess variation orders.
• Coordinate with procurement and accounting on pricing, billing, and cost tracking.
• Maintain accurate estimates, BOQs, billing records, and project cost documentation.
