Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred).
• 4–6 years of experience in civil cost estimation, project coordination, or related engineering roles.
• Proven experience in civil cost estimation, project coordination, or related engineering roles.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and design standards.
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and estimation software (e.g., Planswift, Bluebeam, or similar).
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
