Job summary

Arup in Manila is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead or assist in planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects. You will oversee site development, earthworks, road layouts and stormwater systems, collaborating with other business groups. Strong English communication and leadership skills are essential.

Licensed engineer with 8+ years in multi-disciplinary firms is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, 12D and OpenRoads is highly valued, with emphasis on safety,

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with professional registration.
• Post-graduate studies will be an advantage.
• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in multi-disciplinary consulting.

Responsibilities

• Technical leadership in delivery of a wide range of civil infrastructure projects.
• Produce general civils design calculations and models and interface clashes.
• Supervise and/or assist in design layouts and clash checking of other utilities.
• Work with minimal supervision and lead a small team of civil design engineers and drafters.
• Provide technical due diligence and site development master planning and progress to feasibility and detailed design.
