Job summary

Arup is seeking a Lead Engineer in Manila to deliver technically rigorous engineering solutions across infrastructure projects. You will provide technical leadership, supervise engineering and design teams, and coordinate with global offices to ensure timely project delivery.

You will chair kick-off and coordination meetings, produce official documents, conduct condition assessments, and apply local and international codes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer with 12+ years of experience in civil/structural projects.
• Strong knowledge of design codes (local and international) and practical problem solving.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and coordinating with global offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership in delivery of infrastructure projects including bridges and structures.
• Supervise engineering/design teams for timely project delivery.
• Attend, chair and contribute to kick-off, progress and coordination meetings with clients and engineers.
