Qualifications

• PRC license as Civil Engineer in the Philippines.
• Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience.
• BOSH or COSH certificate.
• Able to read architectural/structural drawings and BBS.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Experience with material testing and site inspections.
• Familiar with the National Building Code of the Philippines and safety regs.
• Strong coordination with contractors, laborers, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conducts feasibility studies, site inspections, and conceptual designs.
• Prepares structural calculations, CAD or BIM drawings, and permit documents.
• Generates cost estimates and negotiates contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Supervises site workers, monitors schedules, ensures safety compliance, and controls budgets.
• Secures certificates of completion and produces as-built plans.
• Ensures materials and workmanship match engineering standards.
• Tracks expenses and prepares billing reports.
• Maintains job-site safety rules to protect workers.
