Job summary

Arup is looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead civil infrastructure planning, design and delivery. You will guide projects across roads, rail, water and land development, supervising a growing team and ensuring quality, safety and commercial objectives.

You should have 8+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D; 12D/OpenRoads experience is a plus. This role is based in Manila with on-site collaboration.

Qualifications

• Licensed Civil Engineer; post-graduate studies are an advantage.
• 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in multi-disciplinary consulting.
• Experience in linear civil infrastructure and land development projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil3D; experience with 12D/OpenRoads is a plus.
• Strong teamwork across disciplines and stakeholders; clear English communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead or assist in planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
• Manage deliverables, supervise junior staff and ensure quality and safety standards.
• Provide technical due diligence and site development master planning.
• Collaborate with other business groups and interface with utilities as needed.
