Senior Civil 3D & BIM Technician - Infrastructure Modeling

Job summary

Arup is seeking a highly experienced technician to lead 3D Civil 3D modeling and 2D documentation for major infrastructure and development projects in the Philippines. You will coordinate with Revit and Plant 3D teams to ensure model coordination, data consistency, and BIM standard adherence across multidisciplinary teams.

You will mentor junior modelers and contribute to QA/QC reviews, supporting projects in data centers, airports, industrial parks, and water treatment facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of CAD/BIM modeling for civil infrastructure and land development projects.
• Proven expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D, including corridors, assemblies, subassemblies, pipe networks and grading tools.
• Experience using Revit and Plant 3D for cross-platform collaboration.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and ISO 19650 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Civil 3D models and Infraworks for site grading, road modeling and utilities.
• Produce high-quality 2D documentation including plans, profiles, sections and details.
• Coordinate with structural and MEPF/MEICA teams using Revit and Plant 3D for model coordination.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and issue resolution using Navisworks and ACC.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards per ISO 19650 and project BEPs.
• Ensure designs comply with AASHTO standards and Philippine codes.
