Job summary

Arup is seeking a highly experienced CAD/BIM technician to lead Civil 3D modeling and 2D documentation for civil infrastructure and land development in the Philippines. You will coordinate across disciplines using Revit and Plant 3D, lead BIM meetings, and ensure data integrity through Navisworks and ACC.

You will mentor junior modelers, enforce ISO 19650 standards, and ensure designs comply with AASHTO and local Philippine codes while delivering complex projects including data centers, airports

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of CAD/BIM modeling for civil infrastructure and land development.
• Proven expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D (corridors, assemblies, subassemblies) and pipe networks.
• Hands-on experience with Revit and Plant3D for cross‑platform collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Civil 3D models and Infraworks for site grading and road/corridor modeling.
• Produce high-quality 2D documentation: plans, profiles, sections, and details.
• Collaborate with structural and MEPF/MEICA teams using Revit and Plant 3D to ensure model coordination.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings, clash detection, and issue resolution with Navisworks and ACC.
• Implement and maintain BIM standards per ISO 19650 and BEPs; ensure compliance with AASHTO and local codes.
• Mentor junior modelers and contribute to QA/QC reviews.
