Arup is looking for a Licensed Civil Engineer to lead civil infrastructure planning, design and delivery. You will guide projects across roads, rail, water and land development, supervising a growing team and ensuring quality, safety and commercial objectives.
You should have 8+ years of relevant experience, strong English communication, and proficiency with AutoCAD and Civil3D; 12D/OpenRoads experience is a plus. This role is based in Manila with on-site collaboration.

Working under the Transport and Civils team, you will lead or assist to lead in the planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects across a diverse portfolio primarily the transport infrastructure and general civils site / land development projects. The role will also support the general civils site design (e.g. site evaluation / development, road, earthworks, stormwater drainage and layout of utilities) of project from other business groups / units e.g. energy / resources (ERW), cities planning / design (CPD), and properties / science / industries (PSI).
You will apply advanced engineering judgement to develop innovative and practical solutions, manage or assist in managing project deliverables, supervise lesser experienced staffs, and ensure designs meet quality, safety and commercial objectives.
