Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Proven experience in project management and site supervision.
• Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Proficiency in cost control, estimates, and project monitoring.
• Proficient in MS Office and engineering software (AutoCAD, Bluebeam, PlanSwift).

Responsibilities

• Oversee engineering and construction activities for assigned projects.
• Monitor progress, schedules, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure projects meet plans, specs, budget, and timeline.
• Identify issues and implement solutions in coordination with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with management on project status and recommendations.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and technical documents for compliance.
• Lead and mentor project and site engineers and staff.
