The role requires a civil engineering degree, PRC license, and at least seven years' experience, plus strong leadership, communication, and AutoCAD drawing skills. You must be willing to relocate to project sites and stay in site barracks if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• PRC license as Civil Engineer.
• 7+ years of related experience.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials and equipment.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and project documents.
• Proven ability to prepare AutoCAD drawings for construction projects.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong leadership with mentoring and team-leading abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee various aspects of construction projects at the job site.
• Ensure construction activities are executed according to design specifications, safety standards, and project schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Willing to be assigned to any project site of the company.
• Must be willing to stay in the project barracks for the duration of the assignment to ensure proper supervision and responsiveness.
