Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Experience with PCO/BOSH/COSH/SO1/SO2 or equivalent certification.
• Minimum 5 years post-graduation in civil/structural engineering, preferably in property development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for buildings and infrastructure.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans and specs compliant with building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors and authorities to drive project success.
• Monitor progress, resolve technical issues and implement quality control.
