Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Senior Engineer – Land Development in Makati to deliver high-quality civil design packages, including grading, drainage, roads, and utilities. You will mentor junior engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe, buildable outcomes.

You will drive design documentation, coordinate with stakeholders, and apply digital tools to improve productivity and quality, all while upholding safety and professional standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of civil engineering experience focused on land development.
• Proficiency in grading, drainage, roads, utilities, and earthworks.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and 12d and related digital tools.
• Knowledge of Australian standards and permitting processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery of land development packages to meet scope, schedule, and quality.
• Prepare and review calculations, drawings, specs, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders for efficient delivery.
