Job summary

Arcadis, a global leader in sustainable design and engineering, is seeking a Civil/Structural Engineer to join our Global Excellence Centre. You will contribute to design, coordination, and delivery of metro and large-scale infrastructure projects from our Philippines hub, collaborating with teams worldwide.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in structural engineering, strong knowledge of international standards, and proficiency with SAP2000, ETABS, and Revit. English communication skills essential.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or equivalent with professional licensure preferred.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in structural engineering.
• Experience in design consultancy and large-scale metro projects is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out activities supporting development and implementation of engineering solutions.
• Provide technical leadership on a discipline within a project.
• Coordinate with Client, Region and other GECs to produce deliverables.
• Lead a project team and ensure design quality and compliance with standards.
• Automate design processes and workflows.
