Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior Civil Designer in civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong capability in civil design and drafting with guidance on best practices.
• Mentor, support, and guide junior designers and drafters to raise design quality.
• Collaborate effectively with project managers, engineers, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation of detailed civil designs and drawings using CAD tools, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Review and coordinate design outputs, resolving issues and incorporating required features.
• Drive design improvements that enhance constructability and project outcomes.
• Support and mentor junior designers and drafters as required.
