Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects with design delivery.
• Strong leadership in civil design across dams, energy, industrial, and land development.
• Experience leading design reviews and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design, and delivery of civil infrastructure projects aligned with client needs and standards.
• Prepare and review designs, calculations, reports, and specs for multiple sectors.
• Coordinate with project managers, teams, and stakeholders for integrated solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and build technical capability within the team.
• Contribute to proposals, tenders, and technical submissions as needed.
