The role emphasizes governance, safety culture, and regulatory compliance, with responsibility to prepare the project for smooth transition to operational readiness and to coordinate with contractors and project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field required.
• Minimum 10 years of railway construction, operations, or major rail projects.
• Experience with PTW systems, access control, and possessions management.
• Strong stakeholder management and multidisciplinary coordination skills.
• Experience supporting testing, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement railway operational procedures and controls for construction activities.
• Manage railway access, possessions, and worksite coordination across project areas.
• Ensure operations are planned and executed safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate interfaces between civil, track, systems, depot, and station works.
• Establish and manage Permit-to-Work system for railway activities.
• Plan and supervise work train movements and rail logistics.
• Lead operational risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Promote railway safety culture and compliance with standards.
