Job summary

dempsey resource management is seeking an experienced Project Manager in the Philippines to lead construction projects from initiation to close-out. You will oversee schedules, resources, and site activities while coordinating with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, a PRC license, and at least 5 years in FDAS and related items, with strong leadership and budgeting skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering required.
• Must be registered and licensed with PRC.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in FDAS and Auxiliary Items.
• Proven project management experience in construction or related industry.
• Strong leadership, planning and project management skills.
• Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to perform site visits and handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall project execution from start to finish.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, manpower and resources.
• Supervise project team, contractors and site activities.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery per plans.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers and internal departments.
• Handle project documentation, reports and progress billing.
• Identify issues, delays and risks; implement catch-up plans.
• Manage variation orders, testing, commissioning and close-out.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company policies.
• Lead team development, meetings and performance monitoring.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
