Job summary

CDO is seeking a procurement supervisor for a manufacturing environment. The role oversees ordering, vendor relations, and contract negotiations to ensure timely delivery of goods and services while maintaining cost efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in a supervisory capacity, and demonstrates strong buying, analytical, and leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any four-year course or equivalent.
• With strong buying and negotiating skills.
• Above average English written and communication skills, interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Windows applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SAP knowledge is an advantage.

Oversee the ordering of goods and services from vendors to buyers. The procurement office evaluate, select, establish relationships with vendors and negotiate contracts of goods and services.

With at least three (3) years relevant work experience where at least one (1) year of which as a Supervisor in purchasing/buying function of a manufacturing industry.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of any four (4) year course or any equivalent.
• With strong buying and negotiating skills.
• Above average English written and communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient to advance supervisory skills, business acumen, communication, collaboration, analytical skills, critical thinking and innovation skills.
• Proficient in windows based application (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• SAP System knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work well with a team and work in a high-stress and fast-paced environment.
• Must be of unquestionable integrity and must exude a positive attitude towards work and the company.
