Job summary

CACEIS Malaysia, part of the Crédit Agricole group, seeks a Senior Client Operations Officer for Payment Services. Located in IOI City, Putrajaya, you will ensure timely cash payment processing and maintain high accuracy while resolving queries and supporting Europe region with evening shift hours.

You will help coach colleagues, sustain efficient communication, and uphold service levels within the STE environment, ensuring robust operational excellence in a multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Prior experience in banking operations or back office.
• Leadership capability and mentoring skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cash payments within the STE environment meet the agreed SLA.
• Maintain accuracy in payment processing and resolve payment queries promptly.
• Post payments and act as primary checker to assure output quality.
• Provide coaching to team members for cross-training in funds related processes.
• Maintain clear communication with managers and team members and log/query escalations.
