McHugh and Eastwood (Aust) Pty. Ltd. is seeking a Senior CargoWise Developer / System Lead to own the CargoWise One platform in our Philippines team.

You will drive automation strategy, define system roadmaps, and collaborate with Australian operations, finance, and management. You will lead the platform, configure workflows and PAVE rules, manage registry and access, build reports, and support API/EDI integrations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on CargoWise One experience as a developer, admin, or support specialist.
• Strong skills in Workflow, PAVE, Registry, and Reporting.
• Good understanding of freight forwarding (Air, Sea, Road).
• Excellent spoken and written English, with the confidence to work directly with Australian stakeholders.
• Reliable home internet and a suitable work-from-home setup.
• Additional CargoWise certifications (Workflow, PAVE, Reporting, System Admin) - nice-to-have.

Responsibilities

• Lead the platform. Be the main technical point of contact for CargoWise One, set standards for system changes, and guide other admins and junior staff.
• Build workflows and automation. Design and maintain Workflows (triggers, milestones, logic) and PAVE rules for automation, validation, compliance, and document generation. Review, test, and deploy changes.
• Manage Registry and governance. Configure job templates, tariffs, milestones, and organisational structure, with proper change management and documentation.
• Control user access. Manage roles, permissions, and access reviews using least-privilege principles.
• Create reports and dashboards. Build reports and dashboards for operations, finance, and management, and help leaders understand the data.
• Support integrations. Troubleshoot API and EDI integrations with developers and external vendors.
• Train and improve. Run training sessions, keep documentation up to date, lead UAT, and support upgrades and new module rollouts.

You'll be our go-to CargoWise expert and own our CargoWise One platform. Competitive salary of ₱90,000 – ₱150,000 per month, paid in PHP, based on experience and certification level
