Job summary

deugro Philippines Inc. in Manila is seeking a Business Application Support Specialist to ensure smooth CargoWise operations across forwarding, customs, warehouse and finance modules.

You will collaborate with internal stakeholders, resolve tickets, and support TMS-related projects to maintain data quality and system performance. The role requires a university degree and 2+ years of CargoWise experience, strong Excel/Word skills, and the ability to work independently, with willingness to work

Qualifications

• Successfully completed university degree or equivalent education
• 2+ years experience in CargoWise support functions (Forwarding/Customs/Warehouse/Finance modules)
• Design solutions independently and collaboratively
• Apply strong Excel and Word skills in daily work
• Freight forwarding experience/knowledge is an advantage
• Ability to work using own initiative, prioritize workload and develop knowledge to apply data across multiple countries
• Self-motivated, team player, detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent communications skills with colleagues as well as external customers
• Willingness to work on shifts and during holidays/rest days if needed

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with data quality requirements
• Supports all TMS-related matters, with the main focus on CargoWise areas: Forwarding, Customs, Finance and Warehouse
• Resolves and coordinates tickets in the customer ticketing system (KACE)
• Develop a thorough understanding of CargoWise work instructions to effectively guide and support users and customers
• Organizes and supports regular tasks around CargoWise
• Works on TMS-related projects
• Provides regularly scheduled project updates
• Supports cross-functional activities, as required
• Raises tickets with the software provider, as required
• Comply with data quality metrics compliance rules
• Maintain and edit documentation for support processes and compliance audits
