Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 5+ years in indirect procurement.
• Experience handling direct materials sourcing and supplier negotiations.
• Proficiency with SAP/Ariba/Oracle and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and develop suppliers for direct materials such as PCBs, heatsinks, and connectors.
• Lead RFQ/RFP activities, cost analysis and price negotiations.
• Convert requisitions into POs with pricing validation and accuracy checks.
• Coordinate delivery confirmations and supplier expediting.
• Support urgent/emergency requests outside the planning cycle.
• Collaborate with AP and internal users to resolve variances and manage RMAs.
