Job summary

Manulife Philippines is seeking a Business Performance Senior Analyst to deliver accurate management information and support key business functions with a focus on sales production, manpower and MIS reporting.

You will develop dashboards, run data simulations, and collaborate across departments to drive operational excellence. The role requires strong analytical skills, reporting proficiency, and the ability to meet tight SLAs in a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical and programming skills.
• Experience with financial spreadsheets, trend analysis, and report commentary.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Manage timely delivery of MIS and sales production reports.
• Create new/enhanced reports to meet management needs.
• Perform data simulations and budgetary analyses.
• Develop dashboard reports with charts and graphs.
• Collaborate with MCBL Distribution and other units.
