Ron_Freelancer in the Philippines seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders, clients and technical teams across implementation projects. You will lead discovery sessions, gather and document requirements, and translate needs into system solutions to guide project delivery.

The role follows a hybrid setup (2 days on-site in BGC Taguig and 3 days WFH) with a night shift schedule, focusing on process improvement, QA, and stakeholder management for successful

• 3-7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Implementation, Business Operations, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
• AI tools and working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Business Analysis & Requirements Management: Gather, analyze, and document requirements; lead discovery with clients and stakeholders; validate requirements through the lifecycle.
• System Implementation: Lead implementation of business applications and platforms; coordinate data migration and workflow design.
• Testing & Quality Assurance: Oversee UAT planning and test case reviews; track defects and sign-off.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as primary contact for implementation; conduct workshops and updates.
• Process Improvement: Analyze current/future processes; identify automation opportunities and enhancements.
• Project Delivery: Participate in Agile ceremonies; ensure timely delivery and artifacts.

Overview:

Experienced version of the implementation/business analyst role, with greater ownership of client implementations, stakeholder management, requirements analysis, solution design, process improvement, and project delivery. Based on company's implementation-focused analyst roles in the Philippines, the position usually acts as the bridge between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.

Job Description:

Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis.
• Lead discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into system and process solutions.
• Validate requirements throughout the implementation lifecycle.

System Implementation

• Lead implementation of business applications, digital platforms, and operational tools.
• Configure solutions according to business requirements.
• Coordinate data migration, process mapping, and workflow design activities.
• Ensure solutions align with business and client objectives.

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Oversee UAT planning and execution.
• Review test cases and test scenarios.
• Track defects, coordinate fixes, and obtain stakeholder sign-off.
• Support deployment and post-implementation stabilization.

Stakeholder & Client Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for implementation activities.
• Conduct workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and solution demonstrations.
• Present project updates to leadership and clients.
• Manage expectations, timelines, risks, and dependencies

Process Improvement

• Analyze current-state and future-state processes.
• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
• Recommend operational improvements and technology enhancements.
• Support change management and user adoption

Project Delivery

• Participate in Agile delivery ceremonies.
• Manage project documentation and implementation artifacts.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and business users.
• Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines.

Qualifications:

• AI/AI tools and Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.
• 3-7+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Implementation, Business Operations, or Technology Delivery.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
• Ability to translate business needs into system solutions.
