Job summary

SLI Consulting Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst for a project-based reliever role in the Manila area.

The candidate will gather and document business requirements, map processes, and translate needs into functional specs for technical teams working in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting. Key responsibilities include creating BRD/FSD/TSD and user stories, performing UAT and user training, and ensuring clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in requirements gathering and BPM.
• Proven BRD, FSD, TSD creation and User Stories.
• Excellent documentation and traceability skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with UAT and user training.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Can start ASAP and willing to hybrid work in BGC/Makati.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to define business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

This is a project-based reliever role ideal for candidates who can start immediately and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field


• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience


• Strong experience in requirements gathering and business process analysis

• Excellent documentation skills
