Job summary

AddForce Human Resources Solution Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation of IT solutions for a banking client. The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, bridging business and tech teams.

The ideal candidate has a background in IT implementations, banking operations or wealth management, and at least 1 year of BA experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• At least 1 year as Business Analyst or related role.
• Experience in IT implementation projects is preferred.
• Background in Trust, Wealth Management, Fund Management, Banking Operations, or Financial Services is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools is an advantage.
• Experience creating: Solution Design Documents (SDD), Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Workflows and process maps, Wireframes and prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Prepare Solution Design Documents (SDD) and other project documentation.

• Ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations and business requirements.
• Support system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and implementation activities.
• Assist in reporting, data analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
• Document business processes and recommend enhancements.

Job Summary

We are looking for Business Analysts to support the implementation of a Trust and Wealth Management platform for a banking client. The ideal candidate should have a background in Business Analysis, IT implementations, banking operations, fund management, trust operations, or wealth management.

The role will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business requirements are accurately translated into functional and technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.


• Translate client requirements into functional and technical specifications.


• Coordinate with developers, testers, and project stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
