Job summary

ShopBack Group in the Philippines is seeking a Senior/Business Development Manager to strengthen existing merchant partnerships and drive growth across fashion and travel sectors. You will lead merchant onboarding, negotiate terms, and develop strategies to maximize partner performance while collaborating with regional teams.

You will work with a data-driven mindset, turning insights into practical initiatives and pursuing AI-enabled automation to boost productivity and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years of experience in e-commerce, account management, business development, partnerships, or related role.
• Strong business acumen, negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with data, performance metrics, and commercial targets; able to translate insights into initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with merchant partners in Philippines and SEA cluster.
• Develop mid-to-top-account growth strategies to drive revenue and improve performance.
• Negotiate commercial terms, commissions, and campaign opportunities with merchants.
• Identify and pitch relevant ad solutions and campaign opportunities.
• Support onboarding for new merchants and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor account performance and use data to identify opportunities and actions.
