Job summary

TTEC Digital is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst to partner with business and technical teams to deliver data-driven solutions for strategic decisions. You will lead analytics initiatives end-to-end, translating needs into insights, ensuring high-quality data, and driving measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include building dashboards, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and communicating complex insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business/data analytics or related roles.
• Experience delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional environments.
• Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience.
• Experience leading analytics delivery in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Understanding of data governance principles (data quality, lineage, metadata, auditability).
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with data validation, testing, and quality assurance.
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift / US business time alignment).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform end-to-end data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL/ELT) to prepare data for analytics and reporting

Data Governance & Quality:

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across systems through validation and reconciliation processes
• Define and document data definitions, metrics, and lineage to support trusted reporting
• Partner with data engineering teams to enforce data governance standards within pipelines and platforms
• Support data quality monitoring, issue identification, and root cause resolution
• Maintain documentation of data requirements, transformations, and business rules
• Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory data standards

What You'll Bring to the Role:

• 5+ years in business/data analytics or related roles
• Proven experience delivering analytics solutions in cross-functional environments
• Experience working with both business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering experience
• Experience leading analytics delivery in Agile environments (Scrum, Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to communicate complex insights to technical and non-technical audiences
• Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and validation

• Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms
• Familiarity with data modeling and data pipelines
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Understanding of data governance principles (data quality, lineage, metadata, auditability)
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities
• Experience with data validation, testing, and quality assurance
• Ability to work with large, complex datasets
• Willingness and ability to work US hours (night shift / US business time alignment)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
