Report directly to the Service Delivery Manager and act as a leader, encouraging the team to resolve issues, accomplish goals, and influence their career mobility.
Coach associates to achieve company and client goals, address employee‑related issues, and coordinate training on new or revised information related to services, products, or processes.
Manage multiple complex ongoing tasks and projects while monitoring attendance, processing payroll, and performing other administrative tasks.
Motivate and mentor your team with constant coaching and feedback, celebrating successes, and having difficult conversations when needed.
Utilize TTEC and client tools throughout the day, troubleshoot technology issues, and support outage processes.
Impact the company's financial health by retaining valuable employees and influencing drivers such as absenteeism and occupancy.
Be comfortable with computer systems.
Associate degree, technical school, or equivalent work experience.
Strong time‑management skills to prioritize tasks and make timely, decisive actions.
