Job summary

Bytespoke Technology Private Limited is seeking a Business Analyst to drive initiatives from discovery through post-go-live validation. You will conduct workshops and interviews, translate needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, and produce AS-IS/TO-BE maps with data flows.

You will bridge business, product, and technical teams while maintaining traceability and prioritization. You will also support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT, testing, and defect triage, collaborating on

Qualifications

• Experience in gathering and validating requirements from stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
• Strong skills in gap analysis and data mapping with clear documentation.
• Proficiency in BPMN or UML for process modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own initiatives end-to-end from discovery to post-go-live validation.
• Lead workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process walkthroughs.
