Bring your administrative expertise to Arup's Manila office, supporting busy technical teams and helping the business operate smoothly and efficiently. You will provide administrative and bid support across a dynamic project environment, helping teams manage priorities, coordinate activities, and contribute to successful project and proposal delivery. Experience supporting teams within an engineering consultancy, professional services firm, or similar project‑based business is essential, along with proven bid support experience and an understanding of the pace, stakeholder management and competing priorities involved in supporting technical teams.
