Arup is seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer in Manila to deliver master planning, feasibility studies, and detailed civil design across roads, rail, water, and large site developments. You will lead a small team, coordinate with clients, and advance projects from concept through detailed design, with on-site start and later hybrid work arrangements.
Ideal candidates have 10+ years of experience in multidisciplinary consulting, licensed Civil Engineer status, and exposure to AASHTO/FHWA/DPWH

We are seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer to support and lead integrated civil engineering design across a broad range of infrastructure and site development projects.
In this role, you will support or lead the delivery of master planning, technical due diligence, feasibility studies, and preliminary and detailed civil engineering design. You will work across grading design, site development layouts, drainage systems, utilities, road networks, and more — contributing to critical infrastructure such as roads, rail, water, energy, and large-scale development projects). You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, drafters, clients, and multidisciplinary teams, ensuring high-quality, timely outputs while upholding Arup’s standards of excellence.
After the first 3 months of on-site setup, the role will move to a hybrid work arrangement.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
