Job summary

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of related experience, a high school diploma or trade school credential, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2-3 years of job-related experience.
• Physical requirements including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and lifting 50 lbs+.
• Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
• Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and perform repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect new installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations.
