Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician to help maintain small to medium-sized buildings and industrial systems. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and assist with installation and modifications while following established procedures.

In this role you will review work orders, support energy management, and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations under supervision. Strong communication and basic MS Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• NC2 EIM certification or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years of related work experience (diploma can substitute).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Diagnose problems during inspections and execute repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of equipment and systems.
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems.
• Support energy management by maintaining efficient building operations.
• Ensure installations comply with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow established procedures and communicate clearly on tasks.
