Job summary

CBRE Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining small to medium-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. This role includes preventive maintenance, inspections, repairs, and supporting energy management under close supervision.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or trade school diploma, 1-2 years of related experience, and the ability to lift heavy loads. Proficiency with MS Office and strong organizational skills are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma is required or equivalent experience.
• 1-2 years of job-related experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in applying work.
• Strong communication skills to exchange information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose problems, and implement repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Review assigned work orders and coordinate with teams to track completion.
• Support energy management to ensure building systems operate efficiently.
• Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Follow defined procedures to deliver outputs under supervision.
