Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to sustain medium to large buildings and industrial systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical systems, diagnose issues, assist with installation, and support energy management.

A high school diploma or trade credential with 2–3 years of experience is required, along with proficiency in MS Office, strong organizational skills, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 2–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to meet physical requirements (lift 50 lbs, stand/walk/climb stairs).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; good problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections, diagnose problems, and execute repairs.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials.
• Support energy management by ensuring efficiency of systems.
• Inspect new installations for codes and safety compliance.
• Apply standard principles with limited practical experience.

• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
