Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Sr. Technician to maintain medium to large-sized buildings, industrial systems, and equipment. You will support preventive maintenance, repairs, and energy management to ensure efficient operation.

Qualifications include NC2 EIM/DomRAC or related courses and 2–3 years of related experience, with ability to lift heavy loads and operate within safety regulations. This full-time role belongs to the Engineering and Technical Services function.

Qualifications

• NC2 EIM/DomRAC or related courses required.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more and perform physical tasks.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections and diagnose problems.
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Assign work orders and estimate time and materials for repairs.
• Support energy management by maintaining efficient building systems.
• Inspect new installations for codes and safety compliance.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Work within standardized procedures to meet deadlines.
• Exchange information clearly and check for understanding.
