Job summary

SM Development Corporation is seeking a Facilities Operations leader to oversee pre-operations and ongoing maintenance for a residential project in Metro Manila. You will supervise shift engineers and technicians, manage building systems in common areas and units, and coordinate with service providers to meet SLA commitments.

You will oversee maintenance planning, documentation, permits, budgeting input, and energy consumption monitoring to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Electrical or Mechanical Engineer.
• At least 2 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledgeable in Building Facilities and Equipment Management.
• Has strong customer service, communication, and computer skills.
• Decisive and has an eye for details.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, monitor and manage Shift Engineers and technicians to ensure proper maintenance of building systems.
• Prepare and oversee the maintenance program for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Maintain and update technical records, manuals, and as-built plans.
• Recommend energy-saving and cost-reduction measures for the facility.
• Ensure timely renewals of permits, licenses, and government requirements.
• Coordinate with service providers and enforce SLA compliance.
