Qualifications

• Must be a Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE).
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant building facilities experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in large facilities.
• Willingness to work Monday to Saturday; on-site role with 2-year fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and lighting; troubleshoot issues.
• Schedule preventive maintenance for elevators, boilers, gensets, and safety systems.
• Monitor building systems with BMS and coordinate repairs.
• Ensure code compliance, inspections, and safety plans.
• Manage renovations, budgets, vendors, and procurement for maintenance projects.
