Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Metro Manila seeks a Registered/Licensed Mechanical Engineer (RME) or Registered/Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE) to lead building facilities management for commercial properties in Makati.

This senior role targets experienced engineers responsible for technical operations and reliability. You will monitor daily engineering operations, support preventive and corrective maintenance, review drawings and specs, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and

Qualifications

Must hold a valid RME or REE license and have 3+ years of relevant experience.
Experience as Senior Building Engineer, Facilities Engineer, or similar in commercial property management.
Hands-on with operation, maintenance, troubleshooting of building facilities and MEPF systems.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily engineering operations and report on system performance and issues.
Support preventive and corrective maintenance planning for equipment and infrastructure.
Review technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation for accuracy.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams on engineering activities.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and procedures.
Assist in project scheduling, budgeting, progress tracking, and status reporting.
Participate in inspections, audits, and risk assessments for engineering assets.
Investigate technical problems and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain records of maintenance, repairs, inspections, and engineering changes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reliability.
