Job summary

Empower India Data Science is seeking a Senior Analyst to build and operationalize a cross-channel brand measurement capability. This hands-on contributor will integrate brand health, earned media, social media, and digital signals into a practical measurement framework.

The Senior Analyst will own KPI frameworks, data integration, analysis, and dashboard development, delivering actionable recommendations to Marketing, Communications, and business partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in marketing analytics or related measurement fields.
• 2–3 years direct hands-on experience in brand measurement and cross-channel analytics.
• Experience defining KPI frameworks and recurring measurement programs.
• Ability to translate analyses into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data extraction, preparation, and reporting.
• Experience with brand intelligence/measurement platforms (e.g., Meltwater, Sprout Social).
• Dashboard creation experience using Tableau or Power BI and similar tools.
• Knowledge of survey research, brand lift, and cross-tabulation methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners across Marketing, PR, and Strategy.

Responsibilities

• Own defined measurement workstreams including data integration and dashboard development.
• Perform diagnostic and deep-dive analyses to identify trends and drivers.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to Marketing, Communications, and business partners.
