Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day branch operations and service delivery to ensure compliance with policies and customer satisfaction.
• Approve or verify transactions within authority and maintain documentation accuracy.
• Lead the branch team, coordinate with HR and DOLE, and implement Business Continuity and security measures.
