Responsibilities

• Sales/Marketing: fulfill sales targets, retain accounts, and cross-sell to walk-in clients.
• Acts as Customer Assistance Officer (CAO) in the branch.
• Maintain front-office standards and organize promotional displays.
• Balance daily transactions and monitor cash handling as Cash Custodian.
• Assist Relationship Manager in marketing for prospective clients.
